AI EU Act Exposure Lab

The guided six-week program within this service. Below are the proposed weekly outputs. How far each assessment gets depends on your situation; preliminary assessments remain subject to appropriate review.

  1. 01

    Week 1

    Kick-off and AI-use discovery.
  2. 02

    Week 2

First version of the AI register.
  3. 03

    Week 3

    Preliminary assessment questions per use.
  1. 04

    Week 4

    Ownership and review structure.
  2. 05

    Week 5

    Action plan and evidence index.
  3. 06

    Week 6

    Management briefing and next steps.

The six weeks set up the foundations. They are not a complete organization-wide governance transformation; broader implementation engagements are scoped separately.
