About · I'M ENGRACIA

I BUILD.I QUESTION.I TEST.I DECIDE.

Engracia Sleeswijk (MBA, MPM) is Founder and Lead Architect of ESleeswijk Consultancy B.V. She designs programme architecture, digital public infrastructure and AI governance for governments and institutions, and builds the commercial and digital systems behind four live businesses.

Her work starts where most transformation fails: at handover. Systems and capability are designed as one deliverable, so the organisation can run and extend what was built after the external team has left.

She is the holder of GovGrid, a registered Benelux trademark for her architecture of digital government infrastructure and adoption.

Track record

2007 · Dutch government

A reintegration programme she designed served 150 participants and achieved 52% sustainable employment, against a national benchmark of 30%. The same principle still drives the work: build the system and the capability together, then measure the outcome.
